Screenshot showing missing text from application menu

SUMMARY

In Okular, with the Window Appmenu widget enabled, the application menu is missing text for the "File", "Help", and one other heading, which has several configuration options. Also, the "Help" dropdown only has "About Backend", which is not clickable, and no other entries. I'm reporting this as an Okular bug, as I don't have this problem in any other application.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install and add Window Appmenu to a panel
2. Open Okular
3. Read menu, and pull down last dropdown

OBSERVED RESULT
Some menu items are listed as "No Text", help options and About Okular are missing from "Help" pulldown menu.

EXPECTED RESULT
All application menu text is displayed as normal.

You wouldn't know how to reproduce this, right?

I saw the work around for this (resetting toolbars to default) and that
fixed the problem. I've tried adding several things to the toolbars to
cause the problem again, but no luck.
