SUMMARY
Jumping desktop icons to left side, if the icons are arranged to the right on the desktop, each time when try move an icon

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Folder View
2. Arrange desktop icons to right
3. Grab and try move any icon horizontally then jumping it all icons to left side
4. Click to desktop anywhere jumping icons to right back
