Huge overlay

SUMMARY
This is expected behavior, but I still don't think it should be happening.
Press Meta+P and the press Meta+[any arrow] and the overlay resizes (it gets huge!). See attached picture.
This may happen with other overlays, but I didn't test further.

Operating System: openSUSE Leap 15.2 (also happens on Tumbleweed 23/sept/2020)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.71.0
Qt Version: 5.12.7
Kernel Version: 5.3.18-lp152.41-default
