SUMMARY
Many packages have useful recommended deps, and i want an option in discover to install them.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install mpv from discover.
2. Recommended dep 'youtube-dl' is not installed.

OBSERVED RESULT
Recommended deps are not installed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Recommended deps are not installed.
