Agenda view with problem, todo showing date

SUMMARY

The colour and location of most todos in the main part of the agenda view are incorrect in most cases.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create todos for previous, current and next day. Create recurring todo starting today

OBSERVED RESULT
In the Agenda view the summary todos are displayed correctly. In the main panel todos are listed under the day before except for overdue or recurring items. These have the correct colour and location. Current day todos do not match the orange shown in the summary list. See attached screenshots.

EXPECTED RESULT
Todos shown in the the correct date column with consistent colours to the (correctly shown)summary.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.4.0-42-generic kubuntu 20.04
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
Qt Version: 5.12.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have changed the time zone from time to time between Australia and the UK. This does not affect the result. The problem first occurred on upgrade to kubuntu 18.04. kubuntu 20.04 upgrade did not help. The screenshots were taken on 13/8/20

I believe this was fixed in KOrganizer 5.14.3 (20.04.3), which is available for KDE Neon; I don't know where an Ubuntu user would get it, but if you can upgrade and try it, please let us know.

If I don't hear back, I'll eventually mark this as a duplicate of bug 417982 or 388302

Thank you. I will wait for the backport. I am sorry to say it looks very like a duplicate of bug 388302.
