Applet not totally rendered on a vertical panel.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add widget on the panel
2. Tadaaam


EXPECTED RESULT

The widget size should be adapted to the panel

I checked on the last version of Plasma, the bug is still there :-/
