SUMMARY
When I try to open file which contains a number sign (#) in path or filename there is an error

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add # to file or folder name
2. Try to open file for view in Okular

OBSERVED RESULT
Popup window with Error - Could not open file:///D:/folder/pre.

EXPECTED RESULT
Document opened to view
