SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open some windows
2. Use Alt+Tab to switch them

OBSERVED RESULT
A huge virtual keyboard is shown in the left pane. Screenshot appears to be not possible to take with Spectacle, since I cannot set a delay (maybe a Wayland specific issue?).

Yes, there's no timer yet for Spectacle on Wayland, sorry. :(

Alright, also created an issue for that, since I did not find one (at least not for the Spectacle component): https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=422845
