SUMMARY
When dolphin starts, the error message in the "OBSERVED RESULT" section is displayed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Kvantum & QT5 configuration manager
2. Fiddle with various qt5 settings
3. Reboot
4. Open Dolphin from its pinned icon on a latte dock

OBSERVED RESULT
There are two actions (New Tab, New Tab) that want to use the same shortcut (Ctrl+T). This is most probably a bug. Please report it in bugs.kde.org

EXPECTED RESULT
Prevention of duplicate shortcut entries?
