See attached screenshot STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. download KMyMoney-5.0.8-d0ad208-x86_64.AppImage dated 04.06.2020 2. 3. OBSERVED RESULT Many german translations are missing (see attachment "kmymoney_language_5.0.8-d0ad208-x86_64.png") In January 2020 there where many more strings already translated to german (see attachement "kmymoney_language_5.0.8-ccaadb2-x86_64_January_2020.png") EXPECTED RESULT not so much english strings, but more strings in german SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux / KDE KDE Frameworks 5.68.0 Qt 5.12.8 (kompiliert gegen 5.12.8) Das xcb Fenstersystem ADDITIONAL INFORMATION please see attached pictures

Created attachment 133319 [details] Some texts in German and some in English Hi downloaded KMyMoney-5.1.80-b5e12f7-x86_64.AppImage and executed it on Kubuntu 18.10. My KDE is in German. Still, there are some texts in KMyMoney in German and some in English. screenshot enclosed. If I start the AppImage from terminal, the same problem. Additional Infos from the terminal: env | grep -i Lang LANGUAGE= LANG=de_DE.UTF-8 Is there a problem with the AppImage? greetings Eugen
There is no problem with the AppImage. An AppImage version *never* contained KMyMoney specific transalations (only the standard KDE translations are contained). It was probably by coincidence that you had a complete version installed on your system which served the translations and were picked up by the AppImage. In case it is still present, it may not work with 5.1.0 anymore. I change that into a wishlist item to include translations into the AppImage.
