SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on "Install modules"

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 20.04
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
Qt Version: 5.12.8

Same in KDE Neon 5.19 with Plasma 5.19.1, it seems a typo.

Until it gets fixed it's possible to search for Gwenview in Discover and KIPI Plugins will appear or opening appstream://org.kde.kipi_plugins from a web browser.
