This very tiny, tiny bug is reproduced when I expand an update list item that doesn't have a changelog.
The small footer/blank space under the whole item list goes below bottom of the window, but actual list items don't.
The scroll bar appears, BUT scrolling with mouse wheel doesn't work.
Only after the actual update list items go below the bottom of the window, mouse scroll wheel begins to work.

The scroll bar can still be dragged, though.

Could be maybe somehow related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=403698#c2
