SUMMARY
Possibly duplicate of bug 421774, I'm not sure.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > workspace behavior > touch screen 
2. set any Desktop Cube action to any screen edge
3. test the new setting

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
all Desktop Cube actions should work
