SUMMARY
I enabled restore session on startup. And if dolphin closed before rebooting it start in new session again.
Dolphin not enabled in any autostart.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Close dolphin
2. Restart system

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin started

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin not started

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 31/32
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.67.0
Qt Version: 5.13.2

If Dolphin not closed before restart I see two, three... dolphins on next starts.

It is Fedora specific packaging.
