"There are two actions (New Tab,New Tab) that want to use the same shortcut (Ctrl+T). This most probably a bug. Please report it in bugs.kde.org.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

As a "Newbie" I don't know what else I need to communicate other than I receive this error message when I select Dolphin as my file manager. I am running Debian Buster 10 and hav(Coaching would be appreciated)e installed the KDE and Cinnamon DDEs. Coaching would be much appreciated.Thanks for the help.

This has long been fixed, please update to a recent version before reporting issues.

Oh boy, it seems Debian stable is actually shipping 18.08.0. I can't believe they are doing that.
