"General behavior" kcm in System Settings

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > workspace behavior and observe the vertical space between
checkboxes and radio buttons
2. close system settings
3. open "General behavior" kcm via apps launcher or krunner and observe the vertical space between checkboxes and radio buttons again

OBSERVED RESULT
"General behavior" kcm accessed via System Settings has greater vertical space between checkboxes and radio buttons than its standalone variant.
Compare the attached screenshots please.

EXPECTED RESULT
Vertical space between chackboxes and radio buttons should be always the same.
