Would it be possible to add the following settings to change the default behavior 1. Play immediately on double click instead of adding the song to the end of the playlist. 2. Do not resume play on open instead of resuming immediately 3. Showing smaller album arts in the playlist 4. Display the album\artist views as a list instead of large pictures 5. I'm not sure if I'm missing something here, but there is no way to rate songs even though Elisa allows you to filter by rating.
In the future please file one bug report per request; see https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Issue_Reporting#One_issue_per_bug_report (In reply to Mark Smith from comment #0) > Would it be possible to add the following settings to change the default > behavior > > 1. Personally I don't really see the problem here. I think the album art thumbnail in the playlist is fine now as of the git master version. But we can keep this open for now to gather more opinions on it.
Git commit 7784dd18b4123795a40445b904a834f9bfed5d64 by Nate Graham. Committed on 09/02/2020 at 17:22. Pushed by ngraham into branch 'master'. Make the album art thumbnails in the playlist a little bit smaller This makes their size relate better to the text. Sorry for making such a crappy feature request :( Anyway, please keep up the good work, Elisa is shaping up to be one of the best music players on Linux! Please keep up the good work, I lack the vocabulary to tell you how much I appreciate your work.
Thanks so much! :D I happen to agree and I think Elisa is really fantastic. And as you can see from the diff that resolves this issue, some things are pretty easy to fix. Feel free to get involved with the development yourself! :) https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/development
