Qt 5.9.5 (built against 5.9.5)
The xcb windowing system

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Custom shortcuts are correctly set.
Debugging via d-feet, I get this error on trying to launch Spectacle:
org.kde.Spectacle: g-dbus-error-quark
GDBus.Error:org.freeDesktop.DBUS.Error.Spawn.ChildExited:
Process org.kde.Spectacle exited with status 1 (25)
