SUMMARY In KDE Notification panel, notifications aren't clickable, specially gnome related apps. When notifications pop-up for the short time, it clicks and takes actions just fine, but if you view unseen notifications from the panel/widget, you can only select text but not click to view. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. leave notification unseen 2. view notification panel 3. click doesn't work, you can only click to select text. OBSERVED RESULT text selection works, but clicking to take action doesn't, for example (chrome facebook notifications, Franz Messenger, youtube notifications in Firefox (while chrome has activate button), EXPECTED RESULT clicking notification should take action and launch the application to take you to where it was located SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 19.10 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.90 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.66.0 Qt Version: 5.12.4 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When you created the bug, you assignedit to KMyMoney, buildsystem. I'm resetting to unknown. Hopefully that will get it back to the bug-wranglers to reassign properly, as I can't find an appropriate component.
Changed product assignment
