SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Right click on messaging in system tray, select Instant Messaging settings 2. Under Online Accounts attempt to select an already created account (Office 365/Lync) OBSERVED RESULT Unable to make any changes to existing account such as change password EXPECTED RESULT Expect to be able to delete or modify an already existing account SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.4.13-arch1-1 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: plasma-desktop 5.17.5-2 KDE Frameworks Version: plasma-framework 5.66.0-1 Qt Version: qt5-base 5.14.0-3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION My Office 365 password had changed and I was constantly getting alerts that it was unable to connect. I tried to modify the existing account to set a new password but there was no way. Was unable to delete it either to make a new one.
I would just like to add that I was able to workaround this by deleting the Maps under accounts in the KDE Wallet Manager.
