SUMMARY

According to this article: https://www.theguardian.com/technology/shortcuts/2019/dec/17/not-such-a-bright-idea-why-your-phones-night-mode-may-be-keeping-you-awake Night mode is "Not such a bright idea: why your phone’s ‘night mode’ may be keeping you awake" and "According to the study, brightness levels are more important than colour when it comes to stimulating the body clock. However, when the light is equally dim, blue is more relaxing than yellow."

So I suggest that there should be a second mode which automatically dims the brightness adjusted to a (sleep) schedule defined by the user.

Currently, you can only manually adjust it and only on laptops (although there is a widget that can do it)
