STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set global theme to breeze in system settings > global theme
2. open system settings > application style
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
no application style is highlighted

EXPECTED RESULT
breeze application style is highlighted

Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.65.0

Can reproduce here.

Looks like the look and feel kcm (global theme) will write widgetStyle=breeze in kdeglobals with a lower case b instead of Breeze, which is expected by application style kcm.
