Not sure if intentional. Any time I edit a brush and want to permanently save it, I click 'overwrite brush' and it removes it from all the tags I had put it under. So I then have to go find it in the long master list of brushes, and re-add it to my tags.

Resource issue, very smiliar (or same as) to 401634. Marking as duplicate
