SUMMARY

Newly redesigned settings applets are inconsistent when it comes to "click and drag contents" behaviour.
I'm used to moving windows that way on plasma, but not it scrolls contents like it does on mobile apps.
It's not how proper convergence works and it brings inconsistencies to the world of KDE, and how many phones run Plasma versus desktops. Yes, I'm salty.
