Maximum Volume is raised to 150% from Audio Volume Settings, but volume can't be raised up more than 100% for the speaker from the volume applet, and I need to check "Raise maximum volume" option for the speaker to be able to go up to 150%, but after restarting my computer I need to check this option again. I didn't have this issue with KDE Neon before. It is a new issue. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon User Edition KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.63.0 Qt Version: 5.13.1
Also "Raise maximum volume" option was not important at all for me, and I didn't have to use it before KDE Plasma 5.17, because raising the volume to 150% from Audio Volume Settings was working just fine before KDE Plasma 5.17.
This issue is still the same with KDE Plasma 5.17.1
This issue is still the same with KDE Plasma 5.17.2

I don't think that my issue is the same issue as the old issue that I am linked to I can use hotkeys to raise the volume up to 150%, and I can use the mouse wheel to increase the volume up to 150% when the mouse cursor is above "Audio Volume Applet", but I can't raise the volume to 150% from "Audio Volume Applet" itself unless "Raise maximum volume" is selected from the hamburger menu next to "Speakers".
Oops... I probably misread your report. What behaviour would you expect? Make state of "Raise maximum volume" checkbox survive reboots - is that all?
Yes, I have to use "Raise maximum volume" to be able to get 150% volume bar, and that option doesn't survive reboot. "Maximum Volume" inside "Audio Volume Settings" = 150%, and this option was enough by its own before updating to KDE neon 5.17.0 user edition, and I didn't have to use "Raise maximum Volume" option at all.
This is now global in Plasma 5.19, and is remembered across reboots.
