this was fixed after downgrading qt so it is most likely a qt issue
I have a hardtime believing downgrading Qt helped back then. but anyway, Qt 5.14.2 is now mainstream on Kubuntu 20.10 I would suggest you try again Also kvantum are often rarely of a very polished quality. I am guessing this might be a problem Kvantum I am closing this, but please do reopen if you can reproduce on a more recent system.
