Description Lukas Sabota 2019-10-05 19:14:58 UTC
SUMMARY
Konsole currently uses a click-to-focus model for split panes. It would be fantastic to have a mouse-to-focus option that would fit in with workflows of users using mouse-to-focus in KWin.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Konsole window
2. Split the window with default hotkey Ctrl-(
3. Focus on each pane

OBSERVED RESULT
You have to click to focus on each pane. Which is fine, but...

EXPECTED RESULT
It would be fantastic to have an option for mouse-to-focus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Thank you for all the hard work on Konsole and KWin. Really enjoying the new split features!
