SUMMARY

Konqueror doesn't start with function to preload websites in background activated.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate function to preload websites in background
2. Quit Konqueror
3. Try to start Konqueror

OBSERVED RESULT
Doesn't start without any prompt.
