garbled DrKonqi display

SUMMARY
Most recently I started reporting a bug, then went into standby while on the log in to bugs.kde.org step. When I resumed, I entered my username and password for bugs.kde.org, and the next screen displayed multiple toolbars. This has happened before back in April on other steps, I think when I pressing the back button; I took screenshots at the time but I can't find any bug report.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
As above. I haven't tried reproducing b

OBSERVED RESULT
See screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
Correct display.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Linux/KDE Plasma:
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.61.0
Qt Version: 5.12.4 using XCB

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You can't resize the DrKonqi window with the mouse, but if you Maximize the window the display is fine and remains OK if you Restore to the original size.

Seeing as this happens after suspend this is likely a problem lower in the stack (kernel/mesa/driver) and not something to do with drkonqi specifically. Please file a bug report with your distribution for further investigation.

Which application crashed? Are you using fractional scaling? This looks similar to bug 412268.
