Created attachment 122831 [details] Filepicker unusable SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. use scaling, eg. 1.2x 2. open browser and choose a file to upload (opens Dolphin) 3. at first, everything seems normal. move mouse over a file --> filepicker starts to look scrambled 4. resize the filepicker window 1px or more --> goes back to normal OBSERVED RESULT filepicker is scrambled EXPECTED RESULT should be normal SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Kubuntu 19.04 KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.90 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.62.0 Qt Version: 5.12.2 Kernel Version: 5.3.1-050301-generic OS Type: 64-bit Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i7-8650U CPU @ 1.90GHz Memory: 23,0 GiB of RAM ADDITIONAL INFORMATION this has been happening to me using the latest releases (both beta and stable) for at least three months

Can confirm, kdialog works for me too when run standalone like that. Are you using Firefox from Flatkap or snap, or are you forcing portals by setting GTK_USE_PORTAL=1? I wasn't aware that Kubuntu's Firefox was able to use a KDE file picker...
