Global Shortcuts settings

SUMMARY

Setting Ctrl+Shift+Esc as shortcut for Application Launcher doesn't launch application. See screen for details.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Global Shortcuts / Application Launchers
2. Add application KSysGuard
3. Assign shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Esc and apply
4. Press shortcut

OBSERVED RESULT
KSysGuard doesn't launch. Also when I reopen settings "KSysGuard" is renamed to "Launch KSysGuard"

EXPECTED RESULT
KSysGuard launches. If I use Custom Shortcuts and add ksysguard with the same shortcut, application launches.
