SUMMARY
When trying to Launch the Falkon snap I get 
"/snap/falkon/60/kf5-launch: line 209: /snap/falkon/60/kf5-locale-gen: No such file or directory" 

This used to work, I rebuilt my box today due to a disk failure and now getting this. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install new falkon snap 
2. Try to Launch it 
3. Nothing happens 

OBSERVED RESULT
In the terminal I launch it and get "/snap/falkon/60/kf5-launch: line 209: /snap/falkon/60/kf5-locale-gen: No such file or directory"

EXPECTED RESULT
Launch no issue
