SUMMARY
When using outline selection tool and it is set on replace mode, 
when you click on one side of canvas, then draw on another part 
the last place you click get included in selection. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Outline Selection / Replace Mode [Symmetric Difference too]
2. Click on any part of canvas
3. Draw Selection on other part

OBSERVED RESULT
the last place click get included in the selection forming a weird streak

EXPECTED RESULT
The last point click should not get included in selection
