Add Move to Screen like the one in the title bar as some apps dont have a title bar anymore

This is an important issue and deserves to be addressed soon.

In older versions of KDE and Plasma 4 there was already an option to move the window from one screen to another from the task manager. Currently this is only possible by in kwin by clicking on the window decoration.

This would be extremely useful in a setup where multiple monitors are physically attached to the computer while connecting to the desktop remotely. In a typical setup one can only see one monitor.
 
Another use-case would be when multiple monitors are attached but not all are in the sight of the user (or one of them shows input from another input interface).
