Created attachment 119739 [details] screengrab during editing and project. SUMMARY geometry of composite and transform efefct is taken from another MPG clip. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. add a video clip with differents size of project (for example 1920x400 clip in a 1920x1080 clip) add a translation of this clip using composite and transform 2. place an image on another track and add a composite and transform 3. change size of image, and watch the wrong placement and the wrong geometry during editing OBSERVED RESULT the proportions of the RED squared section of the image are the same of the MPG videoclip (on another track), and the position on screen is "translated" by parameters of the videoclip MPG. EXPECTED RESULT the DOT image doesn't need to take any parameter from another track. By opening your Kdenlive file it leads to a crash on Windows and to the comma/point issue under Linux. Added to issue: https://invent.kde.org/kde/kdenlive/issues/78. I assume your other issue could be the same root cause: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=405924

(i can't open the geometry example created just few days ago)... i will provide an updated one.
Created attachment 119846 [details] Screengrab, projects and files. here the 2 files (1 video with custom size, 1920x450) and a squared image (perfect square).. and the composite and trasform resize is presenting the geometry of the MP4 on the sqaure image. (red borders are different from real image borders)

I cannot reproduce the crash with the provided files.
Comma point issue is fixed with version 20.08.0.
