krunner does not find ISO files

SUMMARY
Cannot find ISO file in /home/user/Downloads/ISO even though other files in the same directory are accessible (mostly text files).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I have 17 files in /home/user/Downloads/ISO/
2. I can find some files via file search in krunner but I can not find most of them (see attachment)

OBSERVED RESULT
It does not find the file I was looking for but suggests a document/text file, which is right next to it in the same directory.

EXPECTED RESULT
Show the right file

I finally found a workaround for the problem as shown in Bug 430891 comment #4:

1. balooctl disable
2. balooctl purge
3. reboot
4. balooctl enable

Now the search with baloo enabled works like a charm. We should make Bug 431664 a priority though.
