STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open ksysguard, select "system load" tab
2. restart ksysguard ("system load" tab is focused)
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
incorrect amount of processes shown in the lower left corner.
switch to "Process table" tab: now ksysguard shows correct amount of processes.

EXPECTED RESULT
correct amount of processes in the lower left corner when "system load" tab is focused at startup

Actually closing this as a dup of bug 401147, since there is a broader observation in the other one.
