SUMMARY
Implement a Filter field so finding particular updates is easier. For example, with 5.15 we can now de/select all. A common use-case could be to de-select all, then find the specific updates we want to install and individually select them. This would be quicker and easier with a filter field.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover
2. De-select all updates
3. Manually trawl through all the updates to find the ones we want to select.

OBSERVED RESULT
Manually locating updates can be less efficient than being able to filter.

EXPECTED RESULT
Improved navigation efficiency.

We used to have this but removed it for some odd reason. I guess we should add it back.

It's back now, but it doesn't actually work. See Bug 423231.
