STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Shutdown PC from start menu (this is latte dock start menu that look like KDE panel).
2. I have Audacious (music software) running.
3. Audacious prevent PC from shutting down.
4. Latte-dock shut itself down first.
5. Leaving me with blank desktop with no panel what so ever.
6. Need to shutdown from terminal or restart latte-dock with latte-dock --replace.

Sorry for not being precise, it is Xorg.
