SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to the review mode in Okular (f6) 
2. Add inline note (2)
3. Insert some text in Russian, i.e.: "Это и есть баг"
4. Press "ok"
5. See that inline comment is empty
