SUMMARY:
When scrolling the apps with the mouse wheel in Discover, everithing is ok, but after clicking on an app, and then return to the app list (using the back arrow) the scrolling is too fast. So you have to stop scrolling with the mouse wheel just for few seconds, scroll again, and everithing is ok...

The same happens with other Kirigami's Apps, like "Preferences".

I attach a video capture.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Open Discover.
2. Click on Applications category.
3. Scroll whith the mouse wheel, everithing is ok.
4. Click on an app. Eg: Transmission.
5. Click on the back arrow so as to return to the apps list.
6. Scroll again with the mouse wheel. (Too fast and smooth).
7. Stop scrolling for a while.
8. Scroll again (everithing is working fine again).

I can reproduce it every time.
