KAddressBook recently stopped allowing me to add or edit postal addresses.  Postal addresses for contacts are still visible in the main KAddressBook window, but they do not appear in the "Location" tab of the "Edit Contact" dialog, and pressing the "Add Address" button in that tab has no effect.

I'm using KAddressBook from the openSUSE Tumbleweed packages.
I'm not sure if it's related, but the following gets printed to the console when I open the "Edit Contact" dialog:
