Comparison of launcher widget in panel vs app pinned to task manager

See attached screen recording from KDE Neon with everything from git master. On the left is a panel launcher widget, on the right is an app pinned to the task manager. The launcher widget doesn't show the quicklist in its context menu, but the app pinned to the task manager does.

There's currently no jump list action library, so every place that shows them implements this on its own with slight differences.
