Scrollbar arrows in Firefox look pretty bad and are of no practical use

Reasons:

1. The arrows are too tinny to serve a practical purpose
2. The arrows are off relative to the scrollbar

Regards

In Kubuntu 18.04 the arrows are missing and it looks better that way.

Do these appear only in Firefox, or in all GTK apps?

Do you have arrows turned on in System Settings > Application Style > Widget Style > Breeze > Configure... > Scrollbars?
