Demonstration of the bug

Steps to reproduce:
See the attached video.

(I disabled morphing popups effect, but this bug is still reproducible with morphing popups being enabled)

Expected results:
* When the arrow is hovered, the popup displays "Show hidden icons".
* When the clock is hovered, the popup displays current day.

Actual results:
The popup contains artifacts.
