Created attachment 112051 [details] Demonstration of a problem When popup of "show inactive icons" button is active, moving mouse to clock makes popup garbled. Not a problem with compositor disabled or if popup is allowed to fade first. I tried with breeze, oxygen. Demo video in attachment.
Thanks for the video! But I can't confirm on 5.12.4 in Kubuntu 18.04.
It seems to recover after a moment on 5.13. Something to do with kwin is my guess. Still trips my ocd. I'm using Thinkpad T430 with Intel HD4000 btw.

I've got an Intel HD graphics 620 (Kaby Lake) on an HP Spectre x360 laptop. Could be a KWin graphics issue; moving there for now.
Please provide the output of qdbus org.kde.KWin /KWin supportInformation when the problem is visible
Created attachment 112901 [details] support information It happens only on Xorg session. After experimenting with different options in kwin I will say that it doesn't matter if it's Xrender/GL2/GL3 crisp/smooth/fast scaling, or if animation speed is changed. Vsync options also don't matter.
