Folder View in a panel sitting next to the Kicker menu icon

In Plasma 5.13 the Folder View plasmoid appears inside the panel. In previous versions there was a folder icon that opened a panel popup with a list of files. Now this list appears in the panel itself making this plasmoid unusable.
