When I click "Export to Facebook", and then click "Change Account" (I have never added a Facebook account), I get a popup that says:

> Please follow the instructions in the browser window. When done, copy the Internet address from your browser into the textbox below and press "OK".

And my browser opens a tab for the URL: 

https://www.facebook.com/dialog/oauth?client_id=400589753481372&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fconnect%2Flogin_success.html&scope=user_photos%2Cpublish_actions%2Cuser_friends&response_type=token

Facebook displays an error:

> App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.
