Directly after the upgrade to frameworks 5.45.0 the appearance of the global menu changed a little. Items in the global menu lowered in the panel. They are so low now that you con't see the "down going" elements of e.g. the letters "p" and "g". I made a screenshot and attached it to this bug.
I used to find the position of the menu items in the panel just perfect. And now I don't anymore.

This issue occurs in my system. The texts of the global menu just drop under the base line. A snapshot is attached. It seems that when shrinking the height of the panel, the global menu stops resizing at some specific height (40px for me here).
