Video of Open/Close repeat.

Plain Sidepanel set to Autohide opens & closes repeatedly when mouse is over it and pushed hard to screen edge.
Should only become visible once and remain visible until mouse moved away.

Behaves the same on Neon and Kubuntu 17.10.

Confirmed on Arch Linux also running plasma 5.12.4.
